By downloading, accessing, or using the Kuppi.ai mobile application or website ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.
2. Description of Service
Kuppi.ai provides AI-driven educational study tools, including document summarization, question generation, and flashcard revision in Sinhala and English, tailored for Sri Lankan students.
3. User Account & Carrier Authentication
Accounts are authenticated via mobile telephone number verification (SMS OTP) integrated with Sri Lankan telecommunication providers (Mobitel mSpace & Dialog Ideamart). You are responsible for maintaining the security of your device and login sessions.
4. Subscription Billing & Cancellation
- Daily Micro-Billing: Premium access is billed on a recurring daily basis via your mobile carrier balance (e.g. Rs. 5 + applicable government taxes per day).
- Cancellation: You may cancel or unsubscribe from the daily service at any time directly through the app (Profile → Unsubscribe) or by sending carrier cancellation SMS commands.
- Refunds: Telco billing transactions are handled by respective carrier policies.
5. Acceptable Use Policy
You agree not to:
- Upload documents containing illegal, harmful, defamatory, or abusive content.
- Attempt to reverse-engineer, exploit, or bypass system rate limits or billing logic.
- Interfere with server operation or automated background workers.
6. Intellectual Property & AI Content
You retain ownership of any lecture notes or materials you upload. Generated AI revision materials are provided for personal educational study purposes only.
7. Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability
While we strive for high educational accuracy, AI outputs are generated algorithmically. Kuppi.ai does not guarantee specific examination results or scores.
